The Home is well staffed with a residential General Manager, fully qualified nurses, care workers, and domestic staff. Professional nursing staff are available 24 hours a day. Residents who need hospital services are taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital. They return to CCC once their condition has stabilized.

The work of the Home is overseen by a Management Committee.
